Blase

It's becoming harder and harder for me to get up the energy to blog consistently. I don't know why that it is. It's certainly not for lack of time (I'm working only from 4-7pm most weekdays and on the weekends). And it's not for lack of anything interesting to talk about. Maybe it's just getting tired and I need to move onto something else entirely different. Maybe the site needs a face lift or I just need a vacation from typing.

I have had to push myself to post for the last few weeks. The little old writer guy in my head kicks in most days sometime around 3ish and says something like “Hey Dorie, stop slacking and hurry up and write something witty and interesting to post already… no pressure, just do it quickly…come on… done yet?”
Not to mention that I have at least one other writing project with a rapidly approaching deadline I can’t seem to get behind. Maybe May is just not a good month for writing.
