I really hope I can get Mr. Big to feel that comfortable soon. I made a little progress last night. I was in bed, watching t.v. (no other lights on), when he crept out from under the bed. He looked up at me, and I didn't move. I just chit-chatted with him - "Hey, Mr. Big - good kitty" etc. He looked up at me, and didn't instantly dart back under the bed. He kind of eased back under.

Later (3:00 a.m.) he knocked all of my perfume bottles onto the tile floor in the bathroom. I'm going to need a nap."
